Our delivery commitment

We will have your goods ready to ship within 10 working days of payment. Our prices include the cost of postage & packaging within the EU..

Goods must be signed for
Our goods are sent as Royal Mail Recorded Deliveries. If they are returned to us because no-one has signed for them at arrival, a flat shipping fee of £4.00 will be charged before the goods are sent again.

Special Delivery
If you want your item shipped Special Delivery you can ask for that when you sign off your preview. A surcharge of 15% will be levied.


Special Occasions
If you are running late with a gift for Valentine's Day, Christmas or a Birthday, we can make a special effort and have your gift ready in 1 week. This is not likely to be possible during the build-up to Christmas ... but do not despair. We will make every effort to meet your requirements.

Did you receive
your Preview?


To make sure that our email reach you, you must add our email address, Rosablue@Rosablue.com, to the "approved list" in your email software. This is because some providers filter our emails and drop them in their Spam folders.

We do not know why this is the case bit if you have had any problems just email us and we will react promptly.


Tracking Your Order
If you wish to enquire about the status of your delivery please email us with at least some details of your order, eg: the date, the order number (if available) and transaction ID.




Other Queries
If you have any other queries please contact us by email. And if you must use the telephone, remember that we are a small company and do not offer 24-hour call centre support. We will monitor calls only from Monday-Friday between 9:30am and 6:00pm.

With our photographic gift items, as it draws closer to Christmas and we monitor how well Royal Mail deliveries are performing, we may insist that goods be sent by Special Delivery and this will increase cost by 10%-15%.
