Tracking Your Order If you wish to enquire about the status of your delivery please email us with at least some details of your order, eg: the date, the order number (if available) and transaction ID. Other Queries If you have any other queries please contact us by email. And if you must use the telephone, remember that we are a small company and do not offer 24-hour call centre support. We will monitor calls only from Monday-Friday between 9:30am and 6:00pm. With
our photographic gift items, as it draws closer to Christmas and we monitor
how well Royal Mail deliveries are performing, we may insist that goods
be sent by Special Delivery and this will increase cost by 10%-15%.
