Refunds

Refunds & Returns Policy

  1. The Rosablue policy on refunds is straightforward:
  • If the customer is so dissatisfied with a product that he or she is prepared to return it to us, Rosablue will offer a full and immediate refund, regardless of whether the product matches that customer's original requirements of not.

  • The only event in which we will not offer a full refund is when that customer was previously issued a Quality Warning with the product preview (see "Quality Warning = No Guarantee" on this page, left)

  • In the case that a customer identifies a "fault" with the product that is clearly attributable to an error by Rosablue, but is otherwise happy to keep the product, we immediately offer the customer:
    • A 25% discount on the purchase price of that item available as an immediate refund
    • A voucher equal in value to 25% of the purchased item toward the purchase of any future items from Rosablue

  • A fault such as described above might be one of the following problems:
    • A cushion or bag has been provided using the wrong lining colour
    • A cushion has been returned not in the correct size
    • A tote bag has been returned in the wrong colour leather
    • The wrong duotone tint treatment has been used.

  • The reseller is responsible for managing these events with the customer and extending to that customer the appropriate care and support.

  • Should a customer feel that a reseller has not handled the situation appropriately and approaches Rosablue directly to resolve such an issue, any refund will be made available instantly and the reseller relationship will be terminated.

  • Please note that Rosablue will not process transactions for re-sellers for multiple customers as a single order. Each order will represent a single customer.

    The conditions described on this page apply only in the case of the reselling of branded Rosablue merchandise.

    In the case of White Label Reselling the reseller is wholly responsible for managing refunds and Rosablue does not have a relationship with the customer.

     

    Quality warning
    = No Guarantee


    If we believe a customer's image will not meet quality expectations we will make them aware of this when we present their previews.

    In such cases we will notify them that we cannot extend our usual refund guarantees
    . That is to say, printing is wholly at the customer's risk and no refunds will be possible.

     

    NB: Previews

    To avoid the majority of potential complaints (wrong crop, wrong colours, etc), we offer every customer a free product preview.


    By accepting an online preview the customer in effect agrees that they are ordering a bespoke product, which is not subject to the normal 14-day return policy which governs traditional retail law in the UK.
