The
conditions described on this page apply only in the case of the reselling of branded
Rosablue merchandise.
In
the case of White Label Reselling the reseller is wholly responsible for managing
refunds and Rosablue does not have a relationship with the customer.
Quality
warning = No Guarantee
If
we believe a customer's image will not meet quality expectations we will make
them aware of this when we present their previews. In such cases we will
notify them that we cannot extend our usual refund guarantees.
That is to say, printing is wholly at the customer's risk and no refunds will
be possible. NB:
Previews
To avoid the majority of potential complaints (wrong crop, wrong colours,
etc), we offer every customer a free product preview.
By
accepting an online preview the customer in effect agrees that they are ordering
a bespoke product, which is not subject to the normal 14-day return policy which
governs traditional retail law in the UK. |
