Our Refund Policy

Shoppers have the right to cancel their purchases within seven days of the validation of their transactions. If you with to cancel a purchase you will need to return the goods to Rosablue, 22 Park Place, Cheltenham, GL50 2QT. We will refund your account on receipt of the goods.

For personalised items and custom goods, we will make every effort to validate the quality of the images ahead of purchase. We place product previews online for customers to "sign off". However, once customers have agreed purchase on the basis of these previews, a refund will be considered only if the final goods can be argued to differ significantly from these preview images.
